Ingredients

  • 2 litres (8 cups) water
  • 640 ml bottle

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium. Simmer for 30 minutes to develop the flavours.
  2. Use straightaway or place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
