  1. Preheat oven to 140°C fan forced. Peel off 2 sheets of spring roll pastry, leaving them stuck together. Use a 13.5cm round cutter to stamp out 1 disc from the sheets. Repeat with remaining pastry sheets to make 10 discs in total.
