Ingredients: 210 ml/7½ fl oz/scant 1 cup lukewarm water; 22 ml/1½ tbsp sunflower oil; 375 g/13 oz/3¼ cups unbleached white bread flour; 15 ml/1 tbsp skimmed milk powder (non fat dry milk); 625 g/1 lb 6 oz/5½ cups unbleached white bread flour; 30 ml/2 tbsp skimmed milk powder; 22 ml/1½ tbsp granulated sugar; 10 ml/2 tsp easy bake dried yeast; 10 ml/2 tsp salt; 45 ml/3 tbsp sunflower oil; 315 ml/11 fl oz/1⅓ cups lukewarm water; 5 ml/1 tsp easy bake dried yeast; 385 ml/13½ fl oz/1⅝ cups lukewarm water; 22 ml/1½ tbsp skimmed milk powder; 5 ml/1 tsp easy bake (rapid-rise) dried yeast; 15 ml/1 tbsp granulated sugar; 500 g/1 lb 2 oz/4½ cups unbleached white bread flour; 30 ml/2 tbsp sunflower oil; 7.5 ml/1½ tsp salt

Method

Pour the water and the sunflower oil into the bread machine pan. However, if the instructions for your machine specify that the yeast is to be placed in the pan first, then reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients.
