Ingredients: 175 g/6 oz/generous 1½ cups wholemeal bread flour; 230 ml/8 fl oz/1 cup buttermilk; 425 g/15 oz/3¾ cups unbleached white bread flour; 30 ml/2 tbsp water; 30 ml/2 tbsp sunflower oil; 70 ml/2½ fl oz/⅓ cup water; 22 ml/1⅓ tbsp clear honey; 7.5 ml/1½ tsp easy bake dried yeast; 330 ml/scant 12 fl oz/1¼ cups + 2 tbsp buttermilk; 350 g/12 oz/3 cups unbleached white bread flour; 150 g/5½ oz/1⅓ cups wholemeal bread flour; 22 ml/1½ tbsp sunflower oil; 65 ml/4½ tbsp water; 22 ml/1½ tbsp clear honey; 285 ml/10 fl oz/1¼ cups buttermilk; 7.5 ml/1½ tsp salt; 125 g/4½ oz/generous 1 cup wholemeal (whole-wheat) bread flour; 5 ml/1 tsp easy bake (rapid-rise) dried yeast; 250 g/9 oz/2¼ cups unbleached white bread flour; 15 ml/1 tbsp sunflower oil; 15 ml/1 tbsp clear honey
