  • About

This golden crusty loaf has a moist soft centre and is perfect for sandwiches. Use the water in which the potatoes have been cooked to make this bread. If you haven’t got enough, make up the remainder with tap water.

Ingredients

Small

  • 200 ml/7 fl oz/ cup potato cooking
  • water, at room temperat

Method

  1. Pour the water and sunflower oil into the bread machine pan. However, if the instructions for your machine specify that the yeast is to be placed in the pan first, reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients.
