Pour the water into the bread pan. If necessary, reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients. Sprinkle over the flours, covering the water completely. Add the skimmed milk powder. Place the salt and sugar in separate corners of the bread pan. Make an indent in the flour; add the yeast.
