Ingredients: 210 ml/7½ fl oz/scant 1 cup flat beer; 7.5 ml/1½ tsp granulated sugar; 175 g/6 oz/generous 1½ cups wholemeal bread flour; 280 ml/10 fl oz/1¼ cups flat beer; 5 ml/1 tsp easy bake (rapid-rise) dried yeast; 22 ml/1½ tbsp skimmed milk powder; 250 g/9 oz/2¼ cups unbleached white bread flour; 30 ml/2 tbsp wholegrain mustard; 7.5 ml/1½ tsp easy bake dried yeast; 15 ml/1 tbsp vegetable oil; 15 ml/1 tbsp skimmed milk powder (non fat dry milk); 125 g/4½ oz/generous 1 cup wholemeal (whole-wheat) bread flour; 5 ml/1 tsp salt; 150 g/5½ oz/1⅓ cups wholemeal bread flour; 425 g/15 oz/3¾ cups unbleached white bread flour; 7.5 ml/1½ tsp salt; 10 ml/2 tsp granulated sugar; 350 g/12 oz/3 cups unbleached white bread flour; 15 ml/1 tbsp granulated sugar; 30 ml/2 tbsp skimmed milk powder; 5 ml/1 tsp easy bake dried yeast; 330 ml/scant 12 fl oz/1¼ cups + 2 tbsp flat beer; 30 ml/2 tbsp vegetable oil; 45 ml/3 tbsp wholegrain mustard

Pour the beer and oil into the bread machine pan. Add the mustard. If the instructions for your machine specify that the yeast is to be placed in the pan first, reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients.
