There’s nothing nicer than waking up to the aroma of fresh baked bread. The wholemeal flour adds extra flavour to these soft breakfast rolls.

Ingredients

  • 140 ml/5 fl oz/scant cup milk
  • 140 m

Method

  1. Pour the milk and water into the pan. Reverse the order in which you add the wet and dry ingredients if necessary. Sprinkle over the flours, covering the liquid. Add the salt and sugar in separate corners. Make a shallow indent in the centre of the flour and add the yeast. Set the bread machine to the dough setting; use basic dough setting (if available). Press Start.
