Ingredients: 2 eggs; 80 ml/scant 3 fl oz/⅓ cup orange juice; 10 ml/2 tsp grated orange rind; 130 ml/4½ fl oz/½ cup + 1 tbsp orange juice; 600 g/1 lb 5 oz/5¼ cups unbleached white bread flour; 7.5 ml/1½ tsp easy bake dried yeast; 1 egg; 500 g/1 lb 2 oz/4½ cups unbleached white bread flour; 115 ml/4 fl oz/½ cup water; 40 g/1½ oz/3 tbsp pecan nuts, chopped; 50 g/2 oz/scant ½ cup dried cranberries; 15 ml/1 tbsp grated orange rind; 120 ml/4 fl oz/½ cup orange juice; 25 g/1 oz/¼ cup pecan nuts, chopped; 40 g/1½ oz/3 tbsp butter; 120 ml/4 fl oz/½ cup water; 65 g/2½ oz/5 tbsp caster sugar; 3.5 ml/¾ tsp salt; 30 ml/2 tbsp each fresh orange juice and caster sugar; 25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp butter; 15 ml/1 tbsp skimmed milk powder (non fat dry milk); 40 g/1½ oz/3 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar; 2.5 ml/½ tsp salt; 50 g/2 oz/¼ cup caster sugar; 375 g/13 oz/3¼ cups unbleached white bread flour; 30 ml/2 tbsp skimmed milk powder; 5 ml/1 tsp salt; 70 ml/2½ fl oz/scant 5 tbsp water; 5 ml/1 tsp easy bake (rapid-rise) dried yeast; 50 g/2 oz/¼ cup butter

Method

Pour the water, orange juice and egg(s) into the bread machine pan. If the instructions for your machine specify that the yeast is to be placed in the pan first, reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients.
