Sultanas steeped in spiced rum flavour this brioche-style bread, which is baked in a special fluted mould with a central funnel.
Mix the rum, ginger, cloves, cinnamon stick and nutmeg in a small pan and place over a medium heat until hot, but not bubbling. Remove from the heat, add the sultanas and set aside in the pan for 30 minutes.
Pour the milk into the machine pan. Add three of the eggs, then separate the remaining eggs, setting the whites aside, and add the egg yolks to t
