This cake combines two of my favorite desserts: mango pudding and mango sticky rice. There’s a restaurant in Hong Kong, Hui Lau Shan, that focuses on all things mango. If there’s a way to cook it, cut it, or serve it, this place knows the answer. Every time we visited, my sister and I always ordered the “Many Mango” as we pointed to the bright blue poster of the most beautiful arrangement of mango prepared in every which way known to man.
