Chee Cheung Fun

One of my favorite snacks are the chee cheung fun (rice noodle rolls) from a small stall just outside of the Star Ferry on the Hong Kong side. Every visit to Hong Kong came with plenty of back and forth on this ferry. The backs of the seats were all connected on a swivel so they could easily be switched to face whichever direction you were going. Once everyone got out of their seats, my sister and I would go up and down the aisles reorienting the seats to be neatly facing forward.
