Ginger-Togarashi Cookies with Lemon Icing

If you’ve ever visited New York City during the holiday season, you may have gone to the winter village at Bryant Park. Every year they turn the park into an ice rink surrounded by food and gift kiosks in the shape of cute little glass houses. It really is quite magical, but for all the people working those kiosks, it’s not very fun. I know because I used to have one there every winter with my old business, The Baking Bean.
