Dressing

  • 225 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¾

Method

Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add the vegetables and use a rubber spatula to fold everything together. Cover and refrigerate until needed for up to 3 days.
