“Hash” can describe any number of meat-and-potato preparations, or even root veggie combos, all cooked up in a large frying pan for a medley of textures and flavors. This version uses diced flank steak, a colorful mix of bell peppers, potatoes, and a toasty panko bread crumb topping that gives the finished dish a wonderfully crunchy texture.
