  • 6 tbsp (110 g) orange marmalade
  • 2 blood oranges, peeled and cut into segments

Method

Spread 1 tbsp of the marmalade over the bottom of each pastry shell. Arrange the orange segments, slightly overlapping, over the marmalade. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining 2
