Our favorite homemade pizza crust is made with a Neapolitan-style dough, producing a thin and crispy crust. The thyme and fennel seed give it an extra something special.

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  1. Whisk together flour, salt, fennel, thyme, and yeast in a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. With an electric mixer on low speed, mix in oil and cold water until no dry flour remains.
