A great way to use up leftover bagels, these crispy chips are seasoned with garlic and herbs. They’re delicious served with a flavorful cream cheese and artichoke dip.

Ingredients

  • 4 everything bagels, sliced into ¼-inch-thick wedges
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss bagel slices with oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Divide evenly between 2 baking sheets and arrange in a single layer.
