  • About

Vietnamese iced coffee is a traditional French/Vietnamese beverage made from strong, slow-drip coffee served with sweetened condensed milk over ice. It’s incredibly rich and refreshing; the only way to make it more so is to freeze it in a pop mold.

Ingredients

  • cups (12 ounces) strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk</

Method

Stir hot coffee into sweetened condensed milk to incorporate. Refrigerate until completely cool, at least 1 hour, then pour into pop molds. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight. To unmold, run under warm water until pops slide out cleanly.
