Do you have your morning tea with milk or lemon? This dessert brings them all together in a sweet and jiggly custard. Panna cotta (which translates literally as “boiled cream,” although it’s not really boiled) is an Italian gelatinized custard that is impressive any way you serve it: in teacups to hint at the flavors infused within, or in more traditional ramekins or panna cotta molds.
