Honey Butter

• ¼ cup (60 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 2 tbsp good-quality honey

In a bowl, combine the butter and honey and season with salt. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until creamy and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
