Method

In a bowl, stir together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well blended. Add more milk, 1 tsp at a time, if needed for a thinner consistency. If a tinted glaze is desired, stir in food coloring until blended. Use right away.
