  • 1 cup (250 g) lemon curd
  • 3 blood oranges, peeled and cut into slices

Method

Divide one-half of the lemon curd among 4 glasses, then layer on half of the oranges, yogurt, and goji berries. Top with the remaining curd, oranges, yogurt, and goji berries. Sprinkle with the pistachios and serve.
