Method

In a bowl, stir together the pineapple, papaya, currants, and lime juice. Divide half of the yogurt among 4 glasses, then layer on half of the fruit mixture. Top with the remaining yogurt and then the remaining fruit. Sprinkle with the wheat germ and serve.
