In a blender, combine the yogurt, frozen strawberries, and 2 of the bananas and blend until smooth. Spoon the smoothie into two shallow bowls, dividing it evenly. Arrange the remaining banana, the mango, pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top. Sprinkle with the coconut and serve.
