  • 1 cup (250 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ avocado, pitted and peeled

Method

In a blender, combine the yogurt, avocado, spinach, bananas, and almond butter and blend until smooth. Spoon the smoothie into two shallow bowls, dividing it evenly. Arrange the mango and blueberries on top. Sprinkle with the pepitas and oat bran, and serve.
