In a blender, combine the almond milk, coconut milk, yogurt, banana, berries, and honey and blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey if desired. Spoon the smoothie into two shallow bowls, dividing it evenly. Arrange the raspberries and pomegranate seeds on top. Sprinkle with the coconut and wheat germ, and serve.
