  • 2 tbsp olive oil or unsalted butter
  • 8 large eggs
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

To prepare sunny-side-up eggs, in a large frying pan, preferably nonstick, heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil over medium heat. Crack 4 of the eggs into the pan. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the whites are opaque and the yolks thicken, 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining
