Fresh Fruit Tarts

Using frozen puff pastry, it’s quick and easy to make sweet tarts, and the combinations are endless. Cut a sheet of purchased puff pastry into four single-serving pastry squares, brush with egg, and par-bake. Layer the pastry shells with fruit, brush with glaze, and continue baking to golden perfection.
