Method

Spread 1 tbsp lemon curd over the bottom of each pastry shell. Arrange the blackberries in a single layer over the curd. Brush the jam mixture evenly over the blackberries. Finish baking as directed. Sprinkle with basil leaves, if using, just before serving.
