  • 8 tbsp currant jelly
  • 4-8 fresh currant sprigs
  • Confectioners’ sugar

Method

Spread 2 tbsp jelly over the bottom of each pastry shell. Finish baking as directed. Top each tart with fresh currants, then dust with confectioners’ sugar.
