  • 2 tbsp pear jam mixed with 3 tbsp cream cheese, at room temperature

Method

Spread 1 heaping tbsp jam-cheese mixture over the bottom of each pastry shell. Arrange the sliced pears, slightly overlapping, over the top. Brush the jam mixture evenly over the pear. Finish baking as directed. Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
