Rhubarb wine was the first drink we made from an allotment harvest, and it’s a great starting wine for anyone: easy to make, uses a minimum of ingredients, and after a month of crumble you’ll be desperate to put your rhubarb to some other culinary use. This recipe is adapted from C. J. J. Berry and produces consistently delicious results.
