Fizzy Iced Tea

Iced tea was born from the 19^th-century practice of making cold tea ‘punches’ that were served at raucous high-society gatherings. These green tea beverages were laden with booze to amuse the upper classes, and were often dizzying concoctions of different spirits. Our mild-mannered, sparkling version is more akin to the modern-day booze-free variant, but has the added bonus of being ‘slightly’ alcoholic.
