This simple dhal recipe is a staple in our household and is true Bangladeshi comfort food. It’s ready in around half an hour and is light, fragrant and garlicky. So good poured over some steamed basmati rice and of course as a side to a meat or chicken dish. My siblings and I love it mixed into a good lamb and potato curry with everything mashed together.
