These cakes are inspired by the pretty cake displays in the window of Kahaila café, which always grab my attention. The subtle taste of pistachios mixes perfectly with buttery sponge and a jammy glaze. It’s amazing how simply peeling the cases off these cupcakes and topping them with a little icing and a vibrant sprinkle of pistachios can make them look so dainty!
