Another one of my famous Grandad’s recipes that lives on at The Brilliant Restaurant. It’s an absolute winner with the customers and goes with almost everything on the menu. It’s delicious with starter dishes such as a Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Tikka or Lamb Chops, absolutely yummy with papadoms and my dad even eats it on the side with his curry and rice. In my opinion it works best with a bowl of onion bhajis or even some masala fries or crisps!
