Lime Pickle

This pickle recipe dates back 70 years to when my grandfather was developing his catering business in Kenya. It’s a simple pickle recipe bursting with zesty flavours. My dad still makes it with great passion in memory of his father. We still serve this pickle at The Brilliant in Southall and customers are huge fans. In fact it’s so popular some customers ask to take the pickle away in kilo amounts. It goes superbly with papadoms and dad and his family especially enjoy it with what they call
