  • About

These are unleavened so there is no need for fermentation. Moreover, they are fun and easy to make and incredibly hard to stop eating. The use of seed flours make them heart healthy and nutty tasting and full of fiber, minerals, and protein. So consider these crackers a great alternative to potato or snack chips or other high fat products. Once you perfect your system for rolling them out, there is no end of creative uses you can put them to, and the unbaked dough can be kept in the freezer
