Ingredients

For the Tandoori Chicken

  • ½ cup (115 g) plain Greek yogurt (whole milk or 2% reduced fat)

Method

Prepare the Chicken

Mix the the yogurt, lemon juice, spice mix, cumin, garlic, ginger, and salt in a medium bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat
