Method

Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients together until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste. This dressing doubles as a marinade for the tofu.

Drain and press the tofu for 15 to 20 minutes using a press or by placing a towel and a heavy object on top
