Guacamole is the queen of all dips (hummus is king). Even though the fat from avocados is good for you, I can understand why you may sometimes want to lighten up that absolutely perfect dip. That’s where peas come in. Mashing peas into guacamole, or Peasamole, is the best way to get this high-protein little legume into a pea-hater’s life. Peasamole is so ridiculously addictive that I wouldn’t be surprised if people started calling it the grand duchess of dips.
