Mini No-Bake Fruit Cheesecakes

Even if you aren’t much of a cheesecake whisperer either, you’ll find that the crust for these cheesecakes is über-simple and holds together like a dream. The fruity, nut-based cheesecake is richer and lusher than any non-vegan cheesecake I’ve ever tasted. Plus, they’re mini, which automatically makes them cuter,
