Beef Brisket Rarebit

Quite possibly our most famous dish, it’s the only thing that has never left our brunch menu, and for good reason too! This is a delicious and hearty plate of food that speaks to all of our comfort-food needs.

Rarebit is basically glorified cheese on toast. It satisfies all of the senses: an oozy, melted cheese sauce made with mustard and dark ale, finished under the grill so the cheese bubbles like a pizza, then topped with slow-cooked beef brisket and a poached egg for added indul
