Does this hot sandwich need any introduction? I think not. One of the most popular dishes on the Café Cùil menu, it’s been with us since the beginning and it’s here to stay.
We started slow cooking brisket in Skye dark ale for our Brisket Rarebit, but it seemed like a no-brainer to try adding it to a grilled cheese toastie with a few gherkins and the flavours turned out to be amazing!
