Bone broth is packed full of immune-boosting properties and is great for our health. I know some vegetarians who will make allowances for it because of its healing properties (and delicious flavour!). It’s my go-to at home whenever we are fighting the lurgy, and for some reason I prefer to drink it out of a mug.
