I love making this salad when we’re trying to eat healthily at home. The tahini dressing really lifts it and is great with so many other things that I often make four times as much and keep the remainder in a jar in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
