Padron peppers are a delicious little green vegetable that you used to only see as a tapa in Spain. However, in recent years they’ve become much easier to get hold of in the UK and they’re incredibly easy to cook. They pair perfectly with a drizzle of wild garlic butter and an umami sprinkling of nutritional yeast. Add this to your lunch table as a side to grilled meats or salad.
