This is the definition of delicious comfort food, perfect for the winter months. A play on the famous Spanish patatas bravas, we use Highland crumbled crowdie on top to give it our Scottish stamp.

Ingredients

  • 1 large red pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled but left whole

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
  2. Put your whole red pepper, quartered tomatoes and garlic cloves onto a baking tray. Drizzle over some olive oil and season with sea salt, then
