Who can resist a Scotch egg? It’s the perfect snack, makes a lovely lunch and can be served at parties or as a starter for dinner. We love making different variations at the café and they regularly appear on our specials board, but this is my favourite and uses Isle of Skye black pudding, made by our very good friends Maili and Seumas.
They do require a little bit of delicate handling to make but be patient – they’re worth it!
